Established in 2007 by Pietro Guidobono Cavalchini and Stefano Sirolli, REALSTEP brings to the market the experience of the two founders in developing the south-west area of Milan (“Zona Tortona”): over 300,000 sq.m. of industrial redevelopment to their credit. Noteworthy among their achievements are the former Richard Ginori (Via Morimondo, via Lodovico il Moro) and former General Electric (via Tortona 35). Experts in regenerating industrial areas of Milan, Pietro and Stefano are also the leading investors in all operations managed by REALSTEP, personally following their development.

Milano Layout, directed by the architects Marco Claudi and Giuseppe Tortato, have had one objective for more than twenty years: to guarantee the maximum quality of life for those who work or live in the spaces they create. Today, together with their original values and vocation for environmental sustainability, the studio offers innovative, non-conformist architecture, in which experimentation meets professional pragmatism. Among the most recent creations are the headquarters of Hugo Boss Italia, Esprit and Claudio Orciani in the former Richard Ginori area. In addition to “La Forgiatura”, other projects are coming to fruition: “Morimondo 23” (10,000 square meters dedicated to fashion and design clients) and the new headquarters of AB Medica, leader in advanced technology in the medical sector (10,000 square meters of workshops and Class A offices). Both projects were developed in keeping with the principles of environmental sustainability, with close integration between architectural and landscape elements. The studio recently won the 2010 Hospitality Award for the Hotel Metropole Opera in Paris.
